5.0− The premises need an update. The wooden flooring are coming out in certain areas. The TV was not working despite me buying the batteries for the control. The place looks old and outdated. A coat of paint is required. I felt cheated as it showed me 629 ringgit initially and then charged me nearly extra 100 ringgit towards confirming the booking.

10.0Location, near by shopping complex, parking, environment,, very clean and very good follow up by the staff
− Actually, the parking bay arrangement is quite confusing because the access card must be used at nearby hospital entrances and other things is the key collection locations. If I accidentally enter the wrong basement, it could cause a major problem, as the doors will be locked and can only be opened using the access card.
