we stayed here for two nights will visiting the NEC for a board game convention.
10.0it was very easy to get the keys and the house was in a very nice area

5.0Garden warm and sunny grass had been cut. Fridge clean. Beds very comfy. Needs some TLC potential to be a beautiful place
− Front room curtains hanging down, had to re hang them, toilet skirting boards dirty and dusty, brown mark on wall beside toilet. Floors sticky. Bit of a damp smell. No bedside table lights, no light shades.

− Not well decorated with wallpaper hanging from walls. Bins are full so no where to put out rubbish.

4.0This house is pretty grim and doesn’t look like it’s been touched since the 80’s. We were met by a foisty smell and it didn’t get much better from there. Spacious maybe but not lovely.

Ideal house in an ideal location
9.0Plenty of space & easy location & great to have off road parking. The house had everything we needed for the short break.
− The living room heater didn’t work so little chilly but everything else was great.
