NOT Luxurious at all
6.0Lovely location, spacious and secure garden. Comfy beds.
− Very tired decor. Greeted by dirty carpets, scuffed and flaking paintwork all over the house. Grill didn’t work on the cooker, toilets difficult to flush and shower heads need replacing. Outside the patio doors full bins of rubbish had been left from previous guests. Recycling was literally overflowing. Pillows also smelt of previous users - not pleasant. Noki also called me mid stay - not necessary. This property should not be described as Luxurious! Clearly mis marketing. Would have been luxurious at one time but certainly not now.

Lovely property in a nice quiet location
9.0Great stay! Lovely property, sociable lounge area, large bedrooms and a super quiet area! Would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay in this property again if we return to Cheshire in the future. Staff were very friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to queries.
Good overall. Information book would have been very helpful for use of house.
7.0Instructions given for the wrong lock box
− Tired from travelling. Arrived in the dark and having to phone office. Cleaner arrived at 10.00 am on 1st January. Totally unaware that our departure time had been extended. Felt very uncomfortable. Carpets quite stained.
