Der Schlüssel war in einem Schlüssel Kasten ausserhalb des Hauses. Die Nummer für den Schlüssel Kasten haben wir einen Tag vor der Anreise erhalten. Die geräumige Wohnung ist einfach aber gut eingerichtet. Sollte jemand Luxus erwarten ist er an der falschen Stelle. Die Wohnung ist in einer Nebenstrasse, in der Nacht ist fasst kein Verkehr aber durch die einfach verglasten Fenster hört man eigentlich alles. Das Zimmer zum Innenhof hat Fenster, diese kann man weder öffnen noch heraus schauen. Nur 100m weiter ist ein Becker, einige Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte. Die nächste S-Bahn Station ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Es gibt einige Pubs in der Nähe, ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum - sollte mal schlechtes Wetter sein.

− Leider liess bei uns die Sauberkeit in der Küche sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Der Kühlschrank war wirklich schmutzig, der Tiefkühler war so vereist das er offen stand. Der Tiefkühler wurde durch den Vermieter in Ordnung gebracht. Der Kühlschrank wurde nicht gereinigt - auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage nicht. Den Kühlschrank haben wir dann selbst gereinigt. Die gesamten Türen der Küche waren klebrig - sehr schade das die Sauberkeit keine hohe Priorität bei diesem Vermieter hat. Wir hatten den Schlüssel in der Wohnung vergessen, da es nur einen Schlüssel gab, mussten wir den Vermieter bitten uns die Tür zu öffnen, er kam (da. 4 Stunden) obwohl er ausserhalb Londons war aber ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre sicher von Vorteil.

Great stay with minimal issues!

Spacious and lots of lighting. There is no AC but tons of fans and you can open most of the windows. So we stayed comfortable most of the trip. Depending on where you’re going there are a 3 good options for grabbing a train all about 10 minutes walk away. We weren’t sure what to expect of Hammersmith but we were pleasantly surprised. There is a Gail’s coffee shop at the end of the street that is a great place to grab your morning coffee before you start your day.

− Very minor things overall. There was a shoe rack just outside the bathroom that we all tripped over multiple times throughout the stay, became a bit of a joke. Lighting in the hall between the bedrooms is sparse. Wash clothes are not provided so if you like those maybe bring your own or buy some disposable options. The TV could use some instructions, we tried to watch a couple fifa matches while there but it seemed like we were locked out of being able to log into our own accounts.

Zaciszna lokalizacja, zarazem blisko londyńskich atrakcji. Stylowy apartament. Polecam!

Spaziosa, pulita, cucina grande. Molto comodo poter gestire in autonomia il termostato.

− Poca attenzione agli scarichi dei bagni (lavandino e doccia in particolare), un po' intasati. Se metti a disposizione gli asciugamani dovresti garantirne uno a testa per tipo, non a camera. Il phone non era funzionante. Non c'era in dotazione carta igienica se non un rotolo già utilizzato da qualcun'altro.

Appartement vraiment incroyable, ainsi que l'hôte. Déjà loué plusieurs fois et toujours aussi génial. L'emplacement est super, à proximité du métro et tous commerces. Il y a un grand Tesco à côté, pratique pour faire les courses.

− Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, due to a flight delay the day before, I emailed the host asking for an hour-long checkout time extension (from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM). However, the host refused the extension, saying my email hadn't been confirmed. Furthermore, the cleaning guy who came to clean the room was extremely rude. He came in while we were still packing and started cleaning, and her tone and attitude were extremely unpleasant.
