10.0This was property was undoubtedly the most unique place I’ve stayed while in PH. The host, and his family, very kind, attentive and caring for their guests to have an excellent stay. The views were beautiful from the terrace and a table made morning coffee enjoyable and evening meals relaxing. WiFi worked well (cell signal can be challenging in the mountains) and I felt safe and secure. The car remote battery wore down the morning that I was leaving and when I asked the host where I could buy one he said he’d bring me one. Board games, kitchen plates and pans, good water pressure when taking a shower… this was a really great place to stay for those who want a view and are a little adventurous.
− Carrying bags up the circular staircase was a little challenging but a pulley system is installed at the front of the rest house for those that want to use it. An included small refrigerator would be nice instead of having to look for ice for the coolers.

8.0This homestay is nice & cozy. Same as the photos shown. Recommended for big families. Place is quite safe as it's a guarded village and visitors are required to register at the guardhouse. Quiet neighbourhood far from the busyness of the city. Can try to explore this side of the Baguio. Most of all the host is accommodating & provides you with all the necessary info you need in going around Baguio.
− 1. There's no telco signals inside the homestay but they have a wifi which is good & stable. 2. Very difficult to book a grab as the place is quite far from the main road.
