− Couldn't enter the property with the key code given. Place was occupied with lights on a industrial ladder in hallway clothes over the bed. Knocked to gain entrance no answer. Came back 15mins later no lights still Couldn't get keypad to work. Frustrated not being able to contact anyone . We ended up booking into the Travelodge at Vauxhall Station. Due to this Unfortunately I would think twice before booking a property like this. Suggestions I would have a meet and great at these properties. The extra monies that I payed out wasn't as bad as the stress of the situation had on my partner crying in the middle of the street.

− This year my hopes were terribly let down. Two years ago, my friend and I stayed at the same accommodation on the second floor; it was a very nice room, of normal size, and we decided to go to London again this year and stay at the same place. I booked quite far in advance and couldn't even imagine that on the lower floor the situation would be completely different. I even wrote to them in advance saying that we had been there before and were returning to them, but we were put in room number 1 on the ground floor, which is so small that practically nothing fits except the bed, and the bathroom and toilet are out in the hallway, requiring you to step outside the bedroom. In short, those 2 days were very unpleasant. We have been to many countries (15+ countries) and not a single one of our hosts can say that we are bad tourists or write anything like that, but this simply does not fit into any normal standard. I will never visit this accommodation again

− Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre L'annonce dit salle de bain privative mais ne précise pas qu'il faut sortir de la chambre pour s'y rendre Supplément d'une vingtaine de livres si vous voulez un nettoyage de votre chambre pendant le séjour Lit et oreillers très inconfortables et odeur suspecte des draps Très loin du centre ville, à environ 50 min de marche de Buckingham Palace
