4.0Location was close to where I needed to be, spacious
− Lots of spiders and webs around, foul smell in the bathroom constantly, everything in the kitchen felt like it needed to be cleaned before use and the back gate was difficult to open. Worst thing for us was a man came round to the back garden very very early in the morning without letting us know. So for two women staying there alone it was very frightening. Had we had notice that someone was coming to put the bins out we would have expected it and not been alarmed but this was not the case so until we realised he was putting bins out we were very scared.

10.0It was kept very neat and clean. All needs had been taken care by the agency. Very prompt in addressing any query. Very professional approach. Security was top priority.
