An sich ist es ein sehr, sehr schönes Haus, leider ist es nicht wirklich gepflegt. Der Pool war super und auch die Küche war mega. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Mike hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Eduardo vom Vermietungsbüro war auch immer für uns ansprechbar, nur leider konnte er nicht so viel für uns tun, da die Besitzer es nicht genehmigt haben.

− Die Wohn, Pool- und Terrassenmöbel waren abgewohnt und dreckig. Man wollte sich auf nichts drauf setzen. Wir mussten überall Handtücher oder Decken drunterlegen. Alle Poolliegen waren rostig und eine hatte sogar ein abgebrochenes Bein (Verletzungsgefahr). Es wurden auch keine Auflagen zur Verfügung gestellt. Zur Außenküche fehlen uns die Worte. Wenn wir nicht gewusst hätten, dass es eine gab, hätten wir es für einen dreckigen Abstellplatz gehalten. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und der Eigentümer war nicht gewillt sie zu ersetzen. In einem Schlafzimmer war der Rolladen kaputt und hing durchgehend unten. Auch hier wollte der Eigentümer es nicht beheben. Das Zufahrtstor für die Autos war ein Totalschaden. Die linke Seite hatte abgebrochenes Metall mit Scharfkantigen Ecken. Der Arm der automatischen Öffnung war abgefallen. Die rechte Seite funktionierte soweit - das Ein und Ausparken war dennoch (umständlich) möglich.

Our only regret - a week was too short and we would love to go back!

The villa was stunning and in the most amazing location. We loved the fact the area had so few tourists and yet attractions were only a short drive away. Both the small grocery shop and the beach were only a 5-10 minute walk away and yet you could spend a week happily contained at the villa. We did road trips to Gibraltar, Sotogrande and Estepona and all are recommended. We had 8 in our group and yet there are so many areas to sit and relax in the villa, it never felt cramped. Air con was amazing and self-catering facilities and equipment brilliant. Leticia the agent met us on the first day and made us feel very welcome and throughout our stay any minor queries were quickly addressed.

− Our only slight disappointing was having seen the pictures before going that the pool lights were not working - however this didn’t impact our stay. Everything else brilliant.

The location was great, nice safe and quiet area. The villa was clean on arrival and good communication with Leticia. The pool was very clean and to a high standard and the views from the balcony was amazing! Very modern kitchen area which was great. Air conditioning was top notch, was effective as soon as it was switched on.

− For a luxurious villa it was lacking in a few areas. Nothing major but just some small details to help improve the villa even further. The door lock was a little temperamental. A few fixings were loose, i.e. sink tap and towel holders. We did have ant issues also, they were coming through the kitchen window and quite a few on the grass outline and the corner of the pool. Few things need clearing away, mainly near the outdoor bbq area, like the tiles.
