− El edificio es un poco viejo y algunos vecinos no tienen tan arregladas las zonas comunes. El acceso por unas escaleras un poco justas.

− Een koffiezetapparaat ontbreekt. Om bij het appartement te komen moet je over de galerij van de buren lopen. Deze buurman heeft een grote hond die op de galerij ligt. Niet prettig.
