− Abgewohnt und alt, stickiger Altbau, stickiges Treppenhaus, Badezimmer
Es war ein cooles Wochenende in Basel.
8.0Für uns sehr gute Lage, da nur wenige Meter vom Basel Tattoo Austragungsort entfernt. Gut erreichbar mit dem ÖV.
− Bei den Fenstern auf der Rheinseite fehlten richtige Sonnenstoren oder Fensterläden die richtig abdunkeln, um das Aufwärmen der Wohnung auf Grund des starken Sonneninfalls am Nachmittag zu verhindern. Eine Store war zudem defekt und konnte nicht runtergelassen werden. Wir waren am Wochenende da und das Wetter dazu super. Daher war es bis morgens um ca. 0200 Uhr sehr laut auf der Rheinseite. Schlafen daher eher schwierig.

− il bagno è piccolo e da riammodernare, come l'impianto elettrico L'arredamento è spartano, i tessili ( tende, tappeto, etc) sono da migliorare. In generale, si percepisce poca cura per i dettagli che, invece, per il prezzo richiesto, sono fondamentali. Manca l'aria condizionata Manca il forno a microonde. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore: la scala ha scalini stretti ed è scomoda per trascinare bagagli.

9.0Location,Location Location View Help upon arrival ( even though there were very specific instructions, coming off of being up 24 hours of traveling they were very helpful. Bedroom 2 could use a bit better, higher bed.
