9.0الفندق يتميز بالنظافة، والراحة، وجودة الخدمات، كما أن جميع العاملين يتعاملون باحترام واحترافية مع النزلاء، مما يجعل الإقامة مريحة وممتعة. وأود أن أتقدم بالشكر والتقدير بشكل خاص للأستاذة ( جيهان ) من قسم الاستقبال، لما قدمته من حسن استقبال، وتعاون، ورقي في التعامل وكذلك الأستاذ ( عصام ) من مطبخ الفندق، الذي كان مثالًا للذوق والاهتمام وتقديم خدمة مميزة.
− لكن لدي ملاحظة مهمة أتمنى أن تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار، وهي بخصوص السيد حمدان مسؤول المطعم خلال فترة الإفطار. فقد كان أسلوبه في التعامل مع النزلاء غير لائق، ويتسم بالعجرفة، مع التدقيق المبالغ فيه مع الضيوف أثناء الإفطار، بالإضافة إلى استخدام ألفاظ وأسلوب لا يليق بمستوى الفندق ولا بالخدمة التي يقدمها باقي أفراد طاقم العمل. وايضا افتقار الفندق للانشطه الليليه سواء للكبار او الاطفال .
Very bad, not 5 stars not even 2 stars, no services, low quality and unprofessional staff need to be fired
2.0The rooms are clean
− 1- The beach is NOT serviced at all 2- The sea is not suitable to swim, huge amount of rocks 3- The food is extremely expensive unjustifiable, i am taking about double price of fine dining - example spaghetti arabiata is 750LE ++, mixed grill 2000LE ++ and medium quality 4- No hair dryer available in the hotel and when i asked for one they simply said we don’t have !!! ( very basic thing) 5- Breakfast quality is toooo low, very cheap cheese and cold cuts, staff smells bad 6- Music is tooo loud l, continuous and huge speakers very close to the rooms until 1-2am, u cannot sleep or have rest 7- Security everywhere as if we are entering a high sensitive facility not a normal hotel 8- Staff at the reception even didnot ask about my experience at check out, they didn’t bother just they need the money and good bye
