A beautiful cottage in a stunning location.
10.0Excellent cottage, stunning views from the garden, kitchen had lots of equipment, beds were comfortable and the property was beautifully furnished.
− Nothing. Although there was an issue with the shower it was fixed first thing the next day. Excellent service.

9.0Well finished and lovely and warm. Especially with the open fire in the living room. The kitchen was really well stocked and a lovely welcome hamper was there on arrival with quite a few of the essentials which was great. Beautiful area and a great location. Only 30/45 mins from Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as the Trossachs on the doorstep. Also dog friendly which is brilliant.
− Literally nitpicking but oven a little underpowered ( add a bit more time to what you are cooking). Can’t think of anything else that was lacking. On arrival the lockbox is hard to find, especially as we arrived at night and it was pitch black. (This may be due to booking.com not having been updated unlike the actual site. Admittedly there was a joining instruction sent that was not fully read as I thought booking.com would have the same info.)

− Because it was remote the Internet was not great but if you are just having a holiday to get away from it all then this shouldn’t be a problem.
