8.0The staff were not super responsive. The apartment was clean and nice. The apartment had a problem with water heater, but staff did not reply to me.

10.0Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults.
