Excellent place for a group getaway!
10.0We rented Kapila Gardens for our book club meeting and a little getaway. There were seven ladies and the place was wonderful, spacious and had several indoor and outdoor area where we could hang out, chat, relax, eat and simply enjoy slowing down.
− I polled the group and everyone was quite pleased and no complaints. This says a lot since there were seven individual opinions coming in!

10.0We loved the location as we had functions to attend at locations on both sides of Cottonwood. We loved the spaciousness in the house, the comfortable beds and nice centralized gathering place. Our family loved the pool and the gardens alike, just beautiful. The owner is responsive and communicative. Love the easy checking out process. We would love to make this our “Arizona” place.

10.0Backyard was awesome, with a pool. Inside was spacious and clean. We had 12 people and were not crowded. Nice owner, very friendly.
− We paid $50 to use the heated pool. Pool was ice cold, heater on pump was broken.

10.0This place was perfect for our group. Lots of room to spread out but space to come together for meals and games. The host was amazing to work with. Would love to come back.

8.0The property is amazingly designed and thought through to accommodate large groups wanting restful space and time. We could not have found a better place for our event! We had everything we needed! Josh was very accommodating and flexible to the needs of our group.
