Great location. Wonderful host. Clean property
10.0Property was clean. I particularly liked that the bed linen smell fresh sometimes you go to places and it smells like someone was sleeping on it. So this was a fantastic surprise. Getting the heating on was a bit fiddly but Kathy was fantastic. She was round very quickly and sorted it all out. The property is also a short walk to Sienna’s cafe which serves the best breakfast. There is an Indian tandoori take away as well.
− Liked everything. Remember it’s a cottage so layout like a cottage. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Everything was clean
We wanted to see Jodrell Bank and some of the lovely villages in the area, this was a great place to stay, thanks Cathy
8.0Near the town centre, lovely house with great facilities
Lovely town house
10.0Great location within walking distance to town, with cheap parking a couple of blocks away. Confortable bedrooms and good sized dining kitchen. The showers were hot too, and had shampoo provided. We had sun on one day, and I enjoyed a wee glass of wine whilst reading in the back patio. Dogs are allowed, but it was so clean you would think they werent.
− The living room is tiny, and only sits 3 people. We had a dog too, so half the sofa was blocked with poppy on the floor in front of it, so was easier to have 2 in living room and I mainly sat in the kitchen.
Great for a short stay. Convenient for the wedding venue we were going to.
7.0Well equipped
− No garden. It does have a yard but very enclosed with little sun not suitable if you want to sit out.

9.0Central location
Small but excellent
9.0Though it was small, it had been refurbished to a very high standard, with very smart fittings in kitchen and bathrooms (showers both downstairs and upstairs).
− A very minor point is that there was no cafetiere or teapot or tea strainer in the kitchen so we couldn’t use the ground coffee we had brought with us.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
