We travelled here from Newcastle and boy what a lovely place, everything you need, really nice accessories, comfy beds, great pillows, black out blinds, fully equipped kitchen. The flat is really quiet and warm too. Joe was great he provided great communication beforehand as to how to get keys from key box and parking space, he even recommended a curry house which was beautiful. The flat is located so close to shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, gutted we only stayed one night (10th Sept)

Location and security . Excellent views! Private secure parking.

− Limited basic supplies….less than half a roll of toilet paper! No dishwasher tablets. Kitchen cupboards needed sorting out. Too many notices spoiled the ambiance. Minor complaints which did not spoil the stay.

Modern apartment that was very quiet, despite it’s central location. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was useful. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and nice view to cathedral from balcony. Host was kind, quick to respond and accommodating to our requests.

− Complicated access instructions, though made sense on arrival and was easier in reality than it sounds. Cleanliness was not as would expect, with hairs in bed, nut shell on radiator, dusty surfaces, fan that was so covered in dust I couldn’t safely use it, even after I tried to clean it myself! Could also do with being freshened up, as more marks and stains on walls etc than would expect for this price range. Kitchen draws need organising too (I did some!) as tools and papers interspersed with baking trays and kitchen items are not hygienic, meaning things had to be washed before use. Would have been helpful if dishwasher tablets were provided. Overall various little things that made it feel not properly clean and generally therefore overpriced, but with a few adjustments would be perfect.
