Die Lage war absolut perfekt. Man konnte das Meer sehen und hören, der Pool war zu sehen, aber dennoch war das Apartment durch die Bäume angenehm geschützt. Die Inneneinrichtung war dezent stylisch, sehr sauber und bequeme Betten. Die Tür hatte einen Code, was sehr angenehm war, da man keine Angst hatte, den Schlüssel zu verlieren. Die Zimmer waren hell, die Terrasse war sehr groß, wir haben dort gegessen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles war wirklich so bzw besser wie beschrieben! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

− Die Liegen am Pool sollten ausgetauscht werden und der Abfluss in der Dusche sollte kontrolliert werden.

The place is beautiful, very close to the beach and the pictures reflect how the apartment looks like.

− The bedroom had no duvets so during the evening we were freezing. There was a weird humidity smell that was there when we arrived.

− We did not stay at the Nikki Residences Beachfront Apartment due to the condition of the property upon arrival. We were there to celebrate Christmas with our family and were immediately disappointed by what we encountered. The apartment was visibly unclean. The windows were filthy, the kitchen was dirty, and the furniture appeared unclean, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. The overall condition of the resort was extremely poor. The lobby was closed with floors torn up, and the exterior of the building was visibly deteriorated to the point of being nonfunctional. The pool area was unkept and dirty, with pool furniture that was torn, stained, and ripped. The swim-up bar was not operating and was filled with palm leaves and debris. The restaurant was closed and did not appear to be functional. There was no staff available to assist us. We were greeted only by a security guard, who attempted to transport our luggage using a garbage can, which was inappropriate and concerning. Given the condition of the property, we made the decision to leave immediately and did not stay. Overall, the property did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or hospitality, and our family was extremely disappointed, especially given the significance of the holiday.
