They forgot to put the keys in lockup first night. No answer there wasn’t any heating there isn’t any parking

1.0THIS BOOKING IS A DISGRACE!!! Do not book this property. The description is a lie!!! REGAL STAY WHO MANAGE THE PROPERTY ARE CROOKS AND ARE AS BAD AS THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY. TOTALLY DISHONOURABLE AND CORRUPT IN THEIR PRACTICES. They are not interested in false information on there listings. THE PROPERTY HAS NO PARKING IT BELONGS TO THE GROUND FLOOR TENANT.
− NO PARKING! PROPERTY IS DAMAGED! THERE IS NO PARKING ANYWHERE IN THE VISINITY.

1.0Nothing. Stinking like mold and cat piss.
− Bathroom was disgusting. Mold around sink. Sink falling off wall. Stunk. Couldn't stay. Very unhealthy. Had to open all windows felt ill. No hand towel, no tea towels, no face cloth. No toilet paper or soap. Dirty towels found in bedroom closet. Please DO NOT book. Runined our first night in London to see Robbie Williams concert.
