− A lot of steps up it was on the 4th floor with no elevator and no one to help with suitcases

6.0Nos gustó que estuviese cerca de todo, monumentos, transporte, restaurantes, supermercados….Que tuviese aire acondicionado nos salvo del calor de Roma en pleno agosto.
− Estaba todo lleno de hormigas, creo que deberían haberlo dicho y hacer algo al respecto. La lavadora estaba estropeada, se salía el agua por debajo, cosa que tampoco sabíamos. Nos comunicamos vía Booking e email para comentarles que necesitábamos el sofá cama preparado y no contestaron, así que nos tuvimos que apañar como pudimos. Para lo que nos quedaba aguantamos ya el tirón, pero ojalá hubiese sido mejor la estancia.

− Eau gelée pendant la quasi totalité du séjour (chaudière en erreur) Frigo en panne qui n’a pas pu être remplacé. Juste un tout petit frigo pour 5 personnes. Largement insuffisant pour stocker des boissons et impossibilité de stocker des courses Des coupures d’électricité très fréquentes
