Perfect Property - Especially for Expats waiting for Visa Approval

This is a great place to for expats waiting issuance of a visa at a local embassy. Easy living and outstanding hosts that communicated frequently to assure our comfort. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the river walk. Arrival was very easy and pleasant. We arrived late and one of the owners had called to make sure we were okay. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door. Quick review of policy and were taken up stairs to look at the room (Nr. 2). We then went to the full seperate kitchen across the hall. Everything was outstanding and the kitchen area also had a clothes washer which was very useful during our two week stay. I would highly recommend this property as it is more like apartment living with an attentive host vs. a hotel. Just felt like home. The property is very secure using a rolling cover to the entrance that you control as you enter and exit the property. There is a coffee shop next door and multiple local vendors to purchase necessities while you are staying.

− I really cannot identify anything that we did not like about the property. Everything was clean, property owners were every attentive to our needs and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything.

The spacious room features comfortable seating and provides an authentic Vientiane experience. Security is excellent with window shutters, creating a safe atmosphere. The accommodation offers practical amenities including a kitchen with refrigerator and a washing machine. The hosts are exceptionally responsive - they quickly addressed a bathroom issue and were flexible with booking changes. The adjacent coffee shop is a pleasant bonus.

− While previous guest reviews helped discover the useful Local app, more comprehensive guest information would be beneficial - such as local recommendations and area guides. The coffee shop's late opening hours mean no early breakfast option. Card payment options would be convenient, considering ATM withdrawal limits in the area. A minor odor issue was noticed, though reported late in the stay.

The host were excellent replied within mins and provided anything required. The cleaning service was

The room I stayed in made me feel like I was in Paris. Great facility with a full Kitchen and washer across from the room. Location is near many mom and pop shops and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Night Market and other attractions.

Modern and clean apartment without breaking the bank!

The apartment is located in downtown Vientiane, albeit a kilometer away from the core so you will need a taxi (I recommend the Loca app) to get around, or you can walk to the core. The apartment itself was very spacious, modern and comes equip with a separate kitchen that also houses a washing machine, which is a must if the duration of your travels are more than two weeks. There's also a few restaurants around and a cute cafe right next to the property that serves very good coffee and cake.
