7.0Sehr ruhig gelegen, das Haus war letztes Jahr komplett renoviert und entspricht Istrischem Charme. Großer Pool mit Salzwasser, Aussenbereich angemessen groß.
− Starker Geruch im 1. Obergeschoß, vermutlich aus Abflußrohren bzw nicht angeschlossenen Heizkörpern. Durch Spülen im Bad und lüften konnte es nicht aureichend verbessert werden. 1 Zimmer + Bad deshalb nicht nutzbar. Für ein Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern ist nur ein Föhn vorhanden. Nicht alle Räume verfügen über einen Schrank in dem Kleidung aufgehängt werden kann. Internet sehr schlecht, selbst über Mobile Daten schlechter Empfang.
