10.0Eine perfekte, saubere Location für einen Aufenthalt am Genfer See. Sehr zentral gelegen, die Bushaltestelle für einen Ausflug zum Schloss direkt vor der Tür. Ein Traumausblick über den See und im Dezember zum fliegenden Weihnachtsmann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und problemlos. Die Betten sind etwas weich, aber das ist reine Geschmackssache. Wollte es nur erwähnen, falls jemand empfindlich sein sollte.
El apartamento es genial y lo tiene todo pero falla la gestión
8.0Bien ubicado y bien equipado. El piso es luminoso con vistas espectaculares y con un salón espacioso con sillon y butacas cómodas, perfectas para una estancia familiar
− Cuando llegamos al apartamento en domingo 7pm, una de las habitaciones tenía un olor como qué habían fumado algo que no era tabaco. Aunque en menor medida, Este olor se percibía en todo el apartamento. Me parece grave que la limpieza/inspección previa a una estancia no lo haya detectado. Escribí y llame al contacto proporcionado por el anfitrión sin recibir respuesta. (entiendo el contacto es un empleado). Ante esto y dado que por el frío abrir ventanas para ventilar no era opción, Intentamos cubrir el olor con una infusión casera de canela que aromatizara la casa y mejoró el ambiente pero nunca se fue del todo el Olor. el alojamiento es muy bonito y lo tiene todo para una estancia cómoda pero por desgracia el tema del olor y la falta de atención del anfitrión me hacen no darle un 10/10

10.0Román siempre pendiente de todo. El apartamento en el piso 17 lo más..vistas impresionantes al lago y a la ciudad. El apartamento con todas las comodidades y muy calentito. En definitiva un 10. Se me olvidaba que hemos alquilado un coche y también Roman nos facilitó plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. LO MEJOR!! GRACIAS POR TODO!! Begoña.
