− The aircons are a little old, they are not blowing cold air
Great flat and good value for money if not staying during summer
7.0Great location, supermarket downstair, walking distance to attractions. Property is nice & tidy, 2 toilets which is convenient.
− Only 1 air conditioning in master room, 2 twin rooms with ceiling fans. 1 in living room which is not adequate as flat temperature is always above 25, no matter day or night. Sweating right after shower.

9.0la comodidad y la ubicacion. Quedamos muy satisfechas: El apartamento es muy agradable, esta muy bien pensado; la iluminacion de la habitacion interior, la del area cocina, comedor, salon. Muebles justos y bien pensados. En fin, lo adecuado para encontrarse a gusto y comodo.

9.0perfect location, very clean, comfortable beds. very good facilities in apartment e.g. oven, washing machine, shower etc. beside a supermarket and within a short walking distance from all main attractions but quieter than the busy streets.
