− No indication a $800 bond was required before being given access to the property. Was only told when requesting check in details on day of arrival a bond was required. Repeated messages regarding parking and shared driveway. We thought we were doing something wrong and enquired if there was an issue to be told there wasn’t. No need for repeated messages if we weren’t doing anything wrong. Property is split into 3 occupancies, very hard to determine where access is for different units. We had multiple people knocking on & looking through windows and doors looking for people which was frightening for the kids. It appears General maintenance had not been done to the interior or exterior of the property for some time.

The location - very close to Westfield Shopping Centre

− I had to pay extra to book in at 2pm (otherwise we couldn’t book in until 4pm. We had to pay a $500 bond on top of the cost of the accommodation. When we arrived the key wasn’t where they said it would be - we had to call to get someone to let us in. There weren’t enough towels - no hand towels and no tea towels. The heating was useless and it was a really cold week in Melbourne.
