It looked exactly like the pictures on the booking. The smart TV was super handy.

− Almost everything. One of the least pleasant stays we had. We left this not really safe place after one hour of our stay and moved to different hotel. Noisy neighborhood, neighbors, used equipment. The room smelled bad A cheap mattress with springs that were incredibly uncomfortable was really piece of cake. Unwanted massage which we couldn't stand. Ps.Luton center...itself is a place not worth visiting. Very loud dirty etc

Spacious. Nice deco. Handy kitchenette. Good shower

− Bed bugs. I saw few bugs on the sheet. Didn’t realise they were bed bugs and flicked them away. Next day I’m covered with intensely itchy spots 😣 Too hot despite leaving the windows open and no fan in the property. Next morning realised we shouldn’t have left the windows open as anyone could’ve easily entered ( first floor property but walkway on the roof by the window) Strong weed smell from next door flat. Not in this one though. On street parking is only free 6pm to 8am. ‘Free’ car park by nearby medical center but didn’t feel safe as went to get something from the car around 12.30am and there was someone checking on our car.

O studio era compacto, mas serviu. A cama era confortável. Banho também, apesar do ralo nao dar conta da água escoar bem. A localização era boa. Pertinho da estação luton interchange.

− Fazia uma onda de calor e nao tinha nada para refrescar, nem ar condicionado nem um ventilador. Pedi ajuda, mas a resposta veio um dia depois, dizendo que nao havia nada a fazer. O studio era térreo com a única janela para a rua. Difícil mante-la aberta, devido a muita exposição. Havia lixo na lixeira de outro hóspede. E pratos sujos guardados no armário!!

SCAM!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK!!! Reservation Number: [Insert your reservation number here] This was the most horrific experience of my life. I booked this property for a vacation with my child, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. When we arrived at night, the first thing we encountered was a disgusting, heavy stench of cigarette smoke on the staircase. To make matters worse, there were filthy towels covered in some brown stains just lying around. We managed to get the key from the lockbox, but the key did not fit the door at all. It wouldn't turn, and we were completely locked out. We immediately tried to contact the host — we called and messaged repeatedly, but they completely ignored us and never picked up the phone. As a result, I was forced to sit on the stairs in the middle of the night with my child, with nowhere else to go. It was terrifying and exhausting. We had to contact Booking.com support to open an emergency case. Because it was late at night, we had to urgently find, book, and travel to another hotel, paying extra money just to have a safe place to sleep. Our vacation is completely ruined, and our money is gone. Booking.com has opened a case, but we are still fighting to get a full refund. This place is a total scam. Save your money and your nerves — DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!
