− It needs a thorough clean and maintenance prior to the arrival of every guest. The verandah is not cleaned, the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom is thickly laden with dust, the hinge of the cupboard door under the kitchen sink is broken and the washing machine is unusable because it is filthy with lime scale
