9.0Wohnung frisch renoviert und im Top Zustand. Ausstattung vollumfänglich vorhanden. Willkommensausstattung für die erste Kaffee-/Teepause. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin. Rückfragen wurden sehr schnell geklärt und Zusatzwünsche meinerseits adressiert. Nochmals Danke!
− Ab und an immer mal wieder etwas lauter ringsum, insbesondere durch die Mieter des Hauses, aber auch ein Unternehmen mit Lagerräume unter der Wohnung. War aber KEIN gravierendes Problem.

6.0Das Bett und das Schlafsofa waren sehr gut und bequem. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Parksituation an der Straße für PKW ist OK. Netter und schneller Kontakt mit Vermieterin.
