− 1 : clim défaillante qui fuit énormément et fait du bruit nuit et jour. Obligé de se lever pour éponger. 2 : possible de dormir sur un canapé, chambre très étroite, bouts de plâtre qui tombe sur la literie. 3 : Aucun volet, il y a de la lumière de partout et manque d'intimité... surtout dans une rue passante touristique. 4 : lavabo minuscule et petit meuble bous juste au dessus. Compliqué de se laver les dents sans se cogner. 5: évier à moitié recouvert par une planche de bois, une assiette ne passe pas. 6 : bruits de voisinage... pas d'isolation... en arrivant à 2h du matin, on étouffait. 7 : parking disponible mais très loin. 8 : coté canapé, pas d'interrupteur, obligé de s'éclairer la nuit avec son portable.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt und am Strand. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen besonderes, uriges Flair. Guter Parkplatz in der Nähe in einer Tiefgarage.

− Die Schlüsselübergabe hat zunächst nicht funktioniert, nach ca. 2 h Unsicherheit und Stress würde uns aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit geholfen. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist ohne Foto nur schwer zu finden. Das Bad ist sehr klein und für große Menschen > 1,80 m sehr beengt. Auch das Bett ist klein und kurz. Der Flughafentransfer, der in der Anzeige beworben wird, ist NICHT im Preis beinhaltet. Ein Transfer ist sehr teuer. Eine Lösung mit booking könnte nicht gefunden werden. Eine Abstimmung mit der Unterkunft bei Fragen war nur bedingt möglich. Die automatisierte KI-Hilfe war nutzlos und nervenaufreibend.

Altea is fantastic, shops bars v good. If you don’t like hills, steps, walking it’s not ideal.

The location is exceptional, 1 minute walk to the church and square, 2 minute walk to supermarket.

− The kitchen and bathroom were a bit restricted but fully functional.

The location was fabulous, close to church and lovely restaurants and niche shops.

− The check in procedure was ridiculous especially if you have a car. The accommodation was not what I expected it is set into a ravenous wall ,very prone to humidity.,hence many appliances to aid this Accommodation not suitable for anyone with impairment, either sight or ability ,as it has many levels ( steps ) safety here is questionable! The location was fabulous but you need to be reasonably fit to get up and down to the beach and other areas

If you're looking for adventure, this is the place for you. Literally and figuratively.

The room's dimensions are quite spacious. It creates a unique atmosphere and will be a wonderful experience for many.

− The check-in process is like a quest: you need to be a master driver to navigate safely through a maze of narrow streets and reach the machine that will give you your room keys. But that's not all. Upon arriving at the machine, you receive a code from the owner to open the door to the machine itself. This took some time, and I had to do it outside in the rain, as the building's door had no awning. Then you scan your passport in the machine and, with trembling hands, try to correctly enter the necessary codes and letters on the machine's monitor. You thought you were home—but no! You drive to the second location—a garage (still not your home), where you park your car, and then, wet and tired, drag your heavy suitcases across the cobblestones several hundred meters to your place to your place to stay, because all the places I described are located far from each other in different city blocks! It took me two and a half hours. Maybe it will be quicker for you. To his credit, the person on the other end of the line genuinely wanted to help.
