I wasn’t impressed with this property one bit.. kitchen ceiling had multiple leaks and the house smelt of something bad.
1.0Nothing . The pic made the house look nicer than it was
− Everything! There was a leak on arrival and the house smelt. The beds were uncomfortable with thin duvets.
As the property will sleep 4 person and the cost was cheap otherwise i would have scored it lower.
5.0Location to our job was good
− Property was not very clean and we couldnt find any towels, so had to buy some, the lounge would struggle to seat comfortably 4 adults and the sofa was not great, we also struggled to control the heating as it was either on full or off

Clean property but no heating or hot water

− No heating and no hot water. It was a cold night i had children. They sent instructions on how to turn heating which i followed. When I let them know it still wasn't coming on they stopped responding. In the morning I had to have a cold shower and my children couldn't shower as they were starting to get ill after a cold night.
