− Overflowing bin at front door, inside was smelling of damp, dirt in corners of floor, spider in cupboard also spider squashed into wall. Outside back door was full of cigarette butts and a pair of old socks. Think I've said enough.

− AVOID BOOKING ANYTHING RELATING TO 'MY PROPERTY HOST' Absolutely shocking company... My partner an 2 of his work colleagues stayed at a property in St Helen's for seven nights, on arrival they could not access the garage/gym, they had no hot water for the duration of seven days, the smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling, they couldn't open the windows, the stairs are dangerously steep and would need an inspector to sign them off as safe, they were given towels that were brown and had holes in, the bed linen was dirty and unpressed, the beds had black stains on them, there were no pillow cases on the pillows, there was rubbish left outside of the back door.... it was an absolute H & S nightmare that didn't meet their fundamental needs... I cannot believe this property is still listed as modern and stylish 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I called the phone number given, who allegedly act as a messaging service for My Property Host, I spoke to Cherry, Kevin, Fatima, Nathan, Cherry (again) , Daniel and finally Adam... they took my details and said someone would call me back... obviously I didn't hear a thing, until I contacted Booking.com, I then received my refund which I was told I would get as there was no hot water and it wouldn't be fixed for the duration of the stay. I am absolutely disgusted that people are able to put substandard, dangerous properties on a reputable website and have no consequence for their actions and the fact Booking.com allow it to continue 🤦‍♀️ Please Please Please do not use this company if you require accommodation, as looks are incredibly deceiving

− No hot water due to boiler not working nd not being fixed like promised on the second day wasn’t even fixed on the last day

Avoid this place. Whoever runs it should be ashamed of their property and customer service

The location was ok for my work

− Where to start......The rubbish was piled up right outside the front door of the property, which was several bags, split open and starting to smell in the heat that we had. No hot water for the entire week i was there, even after complaining on the phone and the messages. No bulbs in the kitchen (I took them from another room). The freezer hasn't been defrosted in an age and was just a solid block of ice. Hardly any cutlery. No cloths for the kitchen. Dust all over the window blinds, which were either broken or twisted. I found a piece of chewing gum stuck to the bedside cabinet. Blood spots over the linen. I received a generic 'how was your stay' message the day before leaving asking me kindly to tidy away anything I had used. I did and added my tied up bag of rubbish to the pile outside. The only reason I gave this a 2 is because I had a roof over my head and had electricity. I have pictures if you'd like to see them

Decent location

− Zero warm water in the entire property the entire weekend. Not been able to reach the host nor via email nor via phone. Very long weekend with ice cold showers, not being able to do dishes in a safe manor or anything like it.
