8.0Sehr positiv zu bewerten ist der Hausverwalter Sven. Er war extrem hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden von ihm unterwegs sogar über ein drohendes Unwetter über WhatsApp unterrichtet, dass wir deshalb doch auch bitte auf uns aufpassen mögen.........☺️

3.0Der Parkplatz
− Unterkunftsbeschreibung ist nicht eindeutig. Eine sonnenterrasse gab es nicht. Der angegebene Innenpool entpuppte sich als ein öffentliches Schwimmbad, 300 m von der Wohnung entfernt und hatte mit dieserWohnung nichts zu tun. Genauso verhielt es sich mit dem angegebenen Spielplatz. Ein Garten war da, allerdings mussten wir erst aus der 2. Etage runter, und um das ganze Haus drumherumlaufen um dann in einem kleinen Garten zur Allgemeinnutzung zu landen. Das war absolut nicht unser Fall. Die Wohnung ist an sich ok, wenn man auf Oma Einrichtung steht. Aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Uns hat es nicht gefallen.
