− El acceso al garaje. Muy mal el coche roza por abajo.

9.0El apartamento es espléndido, dos estupendas habitaciones y dos baños; el salón amplio, moderno y acogedor.
− La distribución de las plazas de parking y el tamaño reducido del mismo; creemos que no es cómodo para coches grandes si están las 7 plazas ocupadas de las 8 que hay. No es fácil maniobrar.
