− A stocklist of what the room contained eg 3 towels, and the charges if anyhing was missing. Never seen that before..

8.0Air con, fridge and microwave (although we didn't use as hadn't brought anything to microwave. Location
− Power cuts. Staff seemed unaware of a second power cut from about 6:00am. Couldn't access main building to tell anyone as door locked. Meant I couldn't have a shower. While I realise it wasn't the fault of the hotel, we didn't really get a proper apology. Would have liked some fruit with breakfast.
