10.0Posizione e distanza dal mare TOP. Gli appartamenti sono bellissimi e comprensivi di tutto il necessario per delle belle vacanze. Alberto poi è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consigliato!

10.0Der Eigentümer Alberto ist immer ansprechbar, sehr aufmerksam und sichtlich bemüht, dass seine Gäste einen schönen Aufenthalt haben. Die apartamentos haben direkten Meerzugang. Sehr schöner Strand. Fußläufig in 5 - 10 Minuten ist der Hafen mit Geschäften und Restaurants zu erreichen. Alles wird im Apartment bereitgestellt. Waschmittel. Geschirrspülmittel, Kaffee, Handtücher und Strandtuch, .... Es gibt auch direkt am Strand eigene Sonnenliegen. Und wenn man mal woanders hin will liegt ein Sonnenschirm zum mitnehmen bereit.

10.0The 2 bedroom apartment (nr 10) was perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenage daughters. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and in an amazing location - a few steps and you were on a lovely beach. Short walk into town for good restaurants, gelateria etc. Palau has a good vibe - bustling but laid back at the same time and the people are very friendly. The huge wrap around balcony at case sul mare was excellent too. We enjoyed mornings there for breakfast and coffee and our daughters sunbathed - it was nice and private for them. Alberto was an amazing property manager. He helped us when we had car trouble (note to anyone who intends to book a rental car - DO NOT use Greenmotion Olbia airport!) and nothing was too much bother for him. He left plenty of coffee pods which we managed to get through because Italian coffee is the best. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay. It was fantastic and we were so sad to leave. I would definitely recommend case sul mare to anyone. Grazie mille Alberto!
− I only have one small grumble - and this isn’t the property’s fault but the commune’s - there is only a 1 hour window where you can put your rubbish in the communal bin and that window is 19:00-20:00 daily - a time when we liked to be out. As always, Alberto came to our rescue and showed us an alternative location. Thank you Albi!

− Basen jest na terenie innego obiektu ale morze kompletnie wystarcza. Przydałoby sie wyczyścić klimatyzatory bo juz dawno serwisu nie widziały.

10.0Our stay at Casa Sul Mare was wonderful! Alberto was an excellent host. The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee maker, washer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was great. It was located on a lovely sandy beach and was a quick and easy walk into town for restaurants, markets, shopping, the marina, and the ferry to La Maddalena. Parking was in a dedicated lot or along the street. Palau was a great town to stay in due to the proximity to the marina for boat and water tours and the ferry. The property's beach was very nice and other beaches were also close by. I'd highly recommend this property.
