9.0Location and size of apt. View of gardens is beautiful
− Apt looks old so would suggest updating it by painting and new furniture. Also it is not 3 bed 3 baths. It oy has one shower and another bath tub with nothing to protect water to mess bathroom. A curtain will be great. The other is a half bath so misleading by station 3/3.
I can't imagine it could be better. G R E A T 10/10 !!
