4.0Bom aluguei essa casa durante uma semana procurando coisas básicas e infelizmente o básico não funcionava elevador não funcionava máquina de lavar não funcionava ar condicionado com problema por fora a estrutura é velha e precisa de uma pintura paguei por coisas que não usei com certeza não voltarei e não indico ninguém ficar nesse lugar

Amazing stay in the centre of Desenzano
9.0Amazing location for Desenzano - a couple minutes walk away from all restaurants, and the lake. The apartment is really spacious and the air conditioning in the rooms were great. The entire place was super clean, the oven and hob worked great and the bathroom was lovely.
− The street can be loud at weekend nights but this is due to being in such a great location. The kitchen could benefit from more utensils, likes kitchen knifes as there was only one.

− Erster Zugang zur Wohnung eine Zumutung.. Schlüsselkasten kaum zu finden. Nur ein paar Schlüssel für 2 Personen. Schloss zum Tor ließ sich nur mit Mühe öffnen. WC nicht sauber. WC Bürste eine Zumutung.

9.0Perfekte Lage, Wohnung groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Anreise unproblematisch (Schlüssel im Kästchen).
− Straßenreinigung ist früh morgens laut, abends noch länger Passanten/Autos vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist sachlich aber sehr unpersönlich (man bekommt niemanden zu Gesicht und eher vorgefertigte Antworten).
