10.0The location is excellent - near rail station, ferry terminal and the cable railway. The kitchen was fully equipped + moka pot was a pleasant surprise 🙂. Any additional equipment like iron or iron board are located in the shared area in the building. There is a vending machine just outside the building for emergency snacks.
− The wi-fi is a bit spotty in the toilet and one of the bedrooms, but forcing reconnect usually works (or an additional phone serving as an extender is also an option).

− Für eine Wohnung, könnte die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Pfannen etc. Etwas besser sein. Wirkt etwas improvisiert, nicht ganz durchdacht und wie nicht ganz fertig, obwohl recht neu.

8.0Es war eine saubere Unterkunft und es hatte für einen Kurzurlaub alles da.
− Die Kurtaxen wurden anfangs für alle 5 Personen berechnet ( 3 Kinder unter 14Jahren). Wir mussten selber darauf aufmerksam machen und es neu berechnen, dann wurde es akzeptiert.
