It was in the perfect location right by the water. Right across the street from a nice restaurant. The pool was right outside our Door. The atmosphere was just amazing. They offered a pack n play one suggestion would be to offer high chairs also

− The only thing that I did not like about the property was the alarms. I have a 10 month old baby and sometimes it was hard to access the alarm when she was in my arms or if we were in a hurry. Also when we got there the floors felt dirty didn’t want my baby crawling on them.

Bue espacio, dos baños, nueva y bastante equipada.

− En frente hay un restaurante que genera ruidos en la noche y en la mañana cuando vienen los proveedores, bastante molesto. Las aberturas tienen un alrman que suena si son abiertas por lo que hay que permanecer encerrado. Al momento de la llegada no nos proporcionaron el código para abrir la lockbox, tuvimos que llamar y no fué fácil la comunicación. Todo está tercerizado y la administración no es fácil de contactactar ante situaciones adversas.

Great place to go with kids. Great small beach just across the street.

Very clean, new and comfortable, it is just across the street to an amazing beach. Ideal to go with kids as the beach have no waves and a shallow water. Nice restaurant across the street.

Fighting for a compensation for this disappointing stay

We were moved to a different location by the management company before our arrival so we never got to experience the one we booked. :-( We liked the city but not the stay.

− Before our trip, the host/management company informed us that the unit we had reserved was no longer available for our booked dates. They moved us to a different location and charged us more. The new place was far from the beach, the yard was just an empty, dusty lot, and they added random extra fees—even for linens, which we had to find ourselves in the apartment and put on for the third guest. Upon check-in, we still found a technician inside fixing lights, and during our only day there, the entire walkway in front of the house was under construction—something the management company never informed us about. They also failed to respond to our text messages during the stay and refused any form of compensation. To make matters worse, they did not provide a reasonable amount of bathroom amenities for three adults. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
