L’appartement était très bien équipé

− Les voisins sont extrêmement bruyants. il est très difficile de garer sa voiture à proximité du logement.

Квартиру ми обрали по причині близкості до театру, де проходила стажування моя дитина, знаходились два тижні. В квартирі є все необхідне для для довготривалого проживання: кухонне, знаряддя, посуд, рушники, постільна білизна. Близько знаходиться Mercadonna, інші магазини. До кафе, ресторанів, історичного центру Террасси, ринку треба пройтись 12-15 хвилин. До найближчої станції метро теж десь 15-17 хвилин пішки. Хозяїн був з нами на зв'язку, все підказував, у нас трішки були ускладнення з доступом в будинок.

− В квартирі не було чайника, воду на чай та каву доводилось кип'ятити у кастрюлі. Дуже галасливі сусіди (або погана шумоізоляція). Чутно, як посеред ночі включають музику, собака шкрябає по підлозі, голосно займаються сексом. Дитина навіть питалась, чому жінка всю ніч стогнала та кричала.

Buena ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona.

Martí el anfitrión muy atento y pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. El alojamiento y la ubicación estuvo genial (cerca del centro), lo tenemos anotado para reservarlo de nuevo cuando volvamos por Terrassa.

− Algunos desperfectos sin importancia por el desgaste y paso del tiempo. Pero que pasas la estancia con el miedo de no vaya a ser que se rompa (Por ejemplo, la persiana del dormitorio que estaba pasada)

Good basics, more attention to detail

Good location (closeby supermarket, center is also close with restaurant, about 30 min from Mostserrat and other rock climbing crags), nice apartment, comfortable bed. Parking is tricky, but we could always find a spot closeby, within a 5 minute walk - and it is free. Our host was very helpful, quick to reply and open to provide us with some things we needed.

− 2 air conditioners, but the one in the bedroom didn't work, so we were a little cold in January. Could use more kitchen appliances (especially plates), and more attention to them being clean upon arrival. One of the 2 chairs at the dining table was broken (but there were basic spare chairs). Overall, I think more attention to detail could make a big difference.

The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. The laundry washer allowed us to pack light and we were able to prepare meals in the complete kitchen. Sorry the complaints seem so long...we really were quite happy with the apartment and would stay again...just a few issues should be addressed.

− The apartment was stone cold when we arrived and quite uncomfortable...a little heat a few hours in advance would have been nice. Additionally, the bedroom heater didn't work but was not essential. We did not have cell or internet service on arrival and were unable to open the doors with the app provided. While everything was sparkling clean there is mold in the shower and it may be time for a little fresh paint. Another suggestion...frosted film on the lower window panels would offer privacy from the street.

Convenient location, excellent communication, very comfortable bed. Recommended. Good WiFi connection, big TV (although I didn't use it so not sure what's on)

− Bedroom was really cold. Aircon/heater in the bedroom didn't work, I was notified only after check in, and with 4 degrees outside it wasn't a good thing.
