Wir haben uns sofort eine neue Bleibe gesucht und sind vorzeitig abgereist.
1.0Die Wohnung ist Zentrumsnah.
− Die Treppen in der Wohnung sind Hühnerleitern. Vom Schlafzimmer zu den Toiletten immer zwei Treppen. Lebensgefährlich. Die Decke im Bad ist verschimmelt. Die Fenster waren nicht geputzt. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind verbesserungsbedürftig. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist verschmutzt und durchgesessen. In der Wohnküche stehen große Mülleimer. Die Parksituation ist schlecht.

8.0Sauber, gut ausgestattet, nahe am Supermarkt und ruhig. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut verdunkeln. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Ein Parkplatz an der Straße in Wohnungsnähe war immer verfügbar.
− Das ansprechende Bad ist vom Schlafzimmer über zwei Treppen entfernt. Wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt.

8.0Sehr zentrale Lage, gute Parkplatzsituation, nahe Ladestationen, sehr gute Hausausstattung, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter
Prettig verblijf met gunstige ligging.
9.0Eeklo goed startpunt voor zowel strand als grote steden. Accomodatie, gelegen nabij centrum, uitstekend ingericht. Royaal huis met 3 verdiepingen, sanitair op BG, keuken en woonkamer op 1, slaapkamers op 2. Redelijk steile trappen. Zeer royaal inventaris, vrijwel aan alles is gedacht. Prettig contact middels app berichtjes.
− Parkeerplek vooral de eerste dagen lastiger te vinden. Voor de deur maximaal 3 uur overdag.
