Nada, al llegar el apartamento estaba sucio. La respuesta del anfitrión fue que no tenían servicio de limpieza disponible y que si no nos gustaba que nos fuéramos sin compensacio

Si no fuera por el pésimo estado de limpieza, diría que lo único a resaltar es la ubicación que está a media hora andando aproximadamente del centro

− -Sabanas sucias en los armarios y debajo de las camas -polvo en los muebles -pelusas por el suelo -toallas por el suelo -sofa sucísimo e incomodísimo. - se han negado a abonar el cargo por limpieza

This stay looks nice on the pictures in the advert, but did not live up to our expectations at all.

The location of this stay was very good. Just a short walk to Holborn Station and Covent Garden. The communication from the host was good both prior to the arrival and also during the stay. Unfortunately there was no action from the communication during the stay. Everything was referenced to the "facility team" that never showed up or helped out.

− The promised Internet connection did not work during the first 24 hours of our stay. In many countries this is not such a big deal but when visiting UK as a non UK citizen, costs for non-Wi-Fi data transfers are high. To be able to manage arrangements, plan visits and other Internet-depending tasks, we had to purchase extra mobile surf for quite high costs. In terms of the room facilities two of the bed post lamps were not functioning (broken bulbs). When reporting this, it was promised to be fixed but that never happened during the entire stay. Since there were only one blanked (duvet cover) available for each double bed, an extra clean set were requested upon arrival. This was also promised to be provided but never solved during the entire stay. The amount of time that had to be spent on communication with the host and more or less solving the Internet connection by myself instead of having a nice and relaxing holiday with my family was not optional. In the advert, a flat TV is also stated but that was not working (not connected). Not a big deal for us since we did not want to watch TV, but for someone else this might have been a bigger issue. This was also flagged but never solved.

The location was very convenient for my meeting. The bedroom and property was spacious.

− There was a bin in the toilet that was full to overflowing on arrival. The kitchen blinds did not fully close. THe curtain in the living room had seen better days. The mattress was overly soft.

Mieszkania ogólnie całkiem niezłe, gdyby było sprzątane.

− Brudno,brudno, brudno. Wszechobecny zalegający kurz. Śmieci nie wyniesione po poprzednich lokatorach. Pod łóżkiem puste butelki,papiery.
