Bright and Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment

Horrible stay.

We had a run of bad luck.First apartment booked with balcony no balconies and coackroaches coming out and under the sink. The owner who btw is a young surgeon tried to keep us in it. I had to lawyer up. Suddenly he found another apartment for one bight, not cleaned. Then he told us amercicans will take the apartment on the next day. Then a third apartment magically appeared. We had lost 2 days and had zero sleep. Meanwhile i contacted booking twice and reserved my rights. Third apartment had also coackroaches same scenario. The owner and his mom had cleaned it. I contacted him about this issue. He apologized first then told me to buy baygon. Which he also bought. He was very rude. It was very hot in august. Stopped by to tell me to turn off the air conditioning! Included with the price. I replied first it is very hot. He kept saying shut it down. Then i highlighted for the 1000 time that i could not use nor kitchen nor cutlery had to deliver everything from food to disposable cutlery. This did not move him at all. I did not have the means to go to another apartment! So we were stuck. We did the best we could spraying baygon every day. He kept telling me : i upgraded you to a penthouse though the specs were the same for what i paid. So my humble advice is to check thouroughly what you pay for! then to make sure that nothing is going up from all the same side of the building to the sinks. And to the floor cutlery drawer and all kitchen ! I promised him not to rate. Than went very frustrated because he kept until the very last minute to tell me to shut the airconditioning. I have pics to corroborate everything and everything i wrote to booking customer service. Will not upload. Disgusting!
