7.0L’emplacement, la literie . Le personnel a été réactif et m’a changé de logement . Pour être en rez de chaussée, un appartement beaucoup plus grand et agréable
− La douche et le lavabo bouchés. Me faire réveiller par tranche horaire dans la nuit. Entre minuit et 6h . Car il y avait une personne qui faisait que des aller et venue dans la cours. ??? Mal insonorisé, j’entendais tout.

7.0Das Apartment war Sauber , sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem auch ruhig.
− Treppenhaus und Flur nicht gerade gepflegt und einladend. Wasser gedrosselt und wenig Handtücher.

8.0Wir mochten das kleine Appartement sehr. Es war besser ausgestattet, als wir erwartet hätten und sehr sauber. Die Lage in Montreux war super, um das Jazz Festival zu besuchen, weil wir alles zu Fuß erkunden konnten. Zum Glück liegt es nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, wie wir erst dachten, sondern etwas ruhiger zu einem Innenhof.
− Das waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Z.B wäre ein Geschirrhandtuch wäre schön gewesen.

− Schlechte Kommunikation, bezüglich Self Check in. Bett ist auf einer Seite and der Wand, so dass man aus dem Bett krabbeln muss. WC ist so klein, dass man die Türe auf lassen muss.
