everything in the house is fresh and clean. Sanitary and kitchen are outstanding. - two modern and spacious bathrooms - modern and clean kitchen has everything you need, big and perfectly functional gas stove - multiple terraces, the one on the ground floor is roofed, so has no view, but is dry when raining - maybe minor point, but important to me: all the sheets, pillows and blankets are clean and smell fresh, but do not overwhelm with a perfumed scent (which all too often is the case with airbnb/private bookings). thanks for that! - easy check in - big supermarket in range, can be reached by foot in 5 minutes

− - the *only* precise location indicator here is the location pin on the booking.com description. the house is not number 12 (as shown on booking.com), but 12A. However, if you look up any of these two adresses on google maps, you will get a wrong location (house nr. 12 is shown where house nr. 3 is, and 12A is shown where in reality nr. 27 is). Also the object itself does not have its number displayed on the outside. Now that you know that, you may want to double check the exact location (using the pin on booking com, not the address) on a satellite view map. the neighboring properties may be different to what you'd expect when you google the address by street and number.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa,sviluppata parzialmente in verticale (3 piani) ,con 2 bagni grandi e dotati di tutto. Cucina bella, confortevole e con tutti i crismi e le attrezzature,frigo con congelatore a 3 vani ,forno elettrico e microonde compresi per chi voglia cimentarsi con l' Ars Coquinaria. Completa il tutto una lavastoviglie Hotpoint Ariston, sempre funzionale.Ampio patio all' ingresso e comodo parcheggio. Voto 9!

− L' unica cosa è una finestra che va aperta altrimenti non si apre correttamente lo sportello della cucina sopra il lavandino, credo per un' errore di montaggio... Quisquilie.
