Villa Faya On The First Ocean Line With New Heated Pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, villa was lovely would return!

The location of the villa was good, walking distance to some local bars etc and 5 minutes to the Super Dino supermarket. We walked into town a couple of nights and took about 20 minutes. Villa clean and well equipped with everything you need. They supplied water and some chocolates and cakes on arrival with was nice and also provided pool towels which was great. Nina allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in which was helpful. We would definitely book again if we came back to the area.

The Villa really made our family holiday that much more exciting and homely. The view is out of thisnworld, the pool is incredible and the kids never got out of it. Its warm and clean. The villa itself is spacious albeit it was only 4 of us but qe all had fun and plenty of space. We cooked and ate together and chilled out in the living room which made it feel amazing to u wind. Nina was there to hand us the keys and on the phone if needed.

The view was exceptionally.

− Old stained pillowcases, no bottle opener, damp smelling towels replaced next day but no basic checks done. Window fell on my arm, tried to blame us. No communication, update or check in from Nina. Was broken for the rest of the holiday. Issue with other bathroom window. Informed not raised previously. No accountability from Nina. Cleanliness questionable, BBQ chain broke whilst using. Curtains on upper floor held by string and not closing properly. Stairs on top floor creaking so much it echoed throughout the whole villa waking everyone up. Serious safety negligence that could have been avoided had the clearly dated issues been dealt with previously. Token gesture of goodwill is an insult. Nina ignoring agent and comms from myself. Paid a significant amount of money and simply was not what was expected. Didn't book to get injured and have bruising on my arm for the week. Extremely poor customer service, expecting holiday makers to do the checks they should be doing.

location excellent , 5 mins to waterfront and restaurants, Clean and suited for groups of 6-8 people

Beautiful location - close to facilities etc but quiet. Lovely house for a family - pool and terrace area were amazing!

Ubytovanie bolo pekne, ciste, s velmi dobrym vybavenim, v tichej likalite, v blizkej pesej dostupnosti do Los Ceistianos. Voda v bazene bola tepla. Nasa ubytovatelka bola velmi mila a ustretova, vzdy napomocna.

− Vrzgali schody a horna izba je neuzavreta, odporucame tam ubytovat tych, ktorym nevadi kluk.
