Great property for exploring the cornish coast from Newquay to Penzance
8.0Great location for exploring the cornish coast. 45 mins from Penzance and 25 mins to Newquay. The property is a good size and had most things you will need for a comfortable stay, except a pizza cutter and oven tray! The owners have acted on previous reviews and there's a freezer, more crockery and a hair dryer now! The outdoor shower is great for washing sandy shoes and feet when you return from the beach.
− Not ideal for small children, with the steep steps up to the property from the car park and a ground floor bedroom next to the kitchen but was fine for our 6 year old and older children. Would have liked extra towels and tea towels when staying for 5 nights. The weather was starting to get hot when we left and there was no fan so this would be a good addition stored under the stairs or in the wardrobe. There's also no iron and ironing board if this is something you need when you are there, we didn't buy some might.

8.0Had a lovely time, the house was really cosy and comfortable, felt very at home immediately. Good facilities.
− As tall people, the ceiling heights for sleeping were low, either in bunk beds on the ground floor, or with the low roof on the mezzanine floor. The beds were really comfortable, but we did all bumped our heads a few times.
