10.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem idyllischen Ort, nicht weit von Innsbruck entfernt, gelegen. Ein großer Supermarkt und ein italienisches Restaurant sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine inklusive. Im Garten befindet sich ein großes Trampolin für Kinder. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 4 Personen (mit Kindern) geeignet. Wir waren nun insgesamt schon dreimal dort und werden auch im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen. Preis-Leistung ist einfach top. Und der Besitzer Dario ist zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Jahr.
Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage mit nettem Gastgeber, die etwas mehr Pflege vertragen könnte.
6.0Die Unterkunft ist schön aufgeteilt und nett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top und auch der kleine Garten und das Parken sind TippiToppi. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
− Es war leider nicht sehr sauber. In den Ecken war es etwas dreckig, Spinnweben waren einige da und auch noch paar Haare vom Vorgänger oder den Putzleuten. Manche Handtücher haben muffig gerochen. Die Betten waren uns zu weich aber das ist Geschmacksache :-)

8.0Das Trampolin!!! Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll. Super ruhige Lage. 8 Min Fußweg zum Bahnhof Stams.
− Ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Für 5 Personen - für 2 Nächte absolut aushaltbar - je nach Konstellation. Länger würd ich es nicht empfehlen zu fünft. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene (2 Schwestern) und 3 kids.

8.0Velmi útulné ubytování, milá paní domácí, klidná vesnička, jedině jsou slyšet projíždějící kamiony a vlaky ale za chvíli jsem to nevnímala. Celkový dojem byl úplně skvělý,moc se nám ubytování líbilo a rozhodně doporučuji, mi jezdili lyžovat do Küthai a byli jsme i tam velmi spokojení. Za všechno děkujeme ☀️🍀🙂
