− That the site turn the electric, gas and water off mid stay and refused to turn it back on

It was relatively easy to find and close to fantasy island.

− The caravan is filthy, broken and horribly uncomfortable. We had concerns after seeing recent reviews but after being given the cleaners number we recieved photos from "that morning" of a clean well presented caravan....upon arrival we saw the photos were clearly quite old as the kitchen blind in that morning's photo had mysteriously vanished since the cleaner left, a window was cracked and unable to fully close, mirror in bathroom was cracked, glasses and mugs in cupboards were filthy and kettle was disgusting, there is visible mould on curtains and around windows, in bathroom and on mirror frame. What appears to be fag burns in carpet and the world's most uncomfortable plastic mattresses. We attempted to share our concerns with Booking.com prior to visit and we're told there was nothing we could do without owners compliance.. the cleaner then informed us the owner was out of the country and unreachable

The location was ok just a little far from the shops etc

− It was very unclean carpet was heavily stained the same has the seating area. When we arrived there was lots of rubbish left outside from the previous people.

Will stay again.

For the cost of the caravan, we could not complain at all. It’s a saver caravan so we expected basic but it was spacious and equipped with all we needed. The location was 5 mins walk to Fantasy Island so very close. Plenty of beds for everyone and pet friendly even though we decided to leave the dog at home due to the heat. No linen provided but that wasn’t an issue to take our own.

− Carpet could do with a clean in the lounge area. Few toilet rolls for arrival would be great, as after travelling hours we had to pop back out to get loo roll before we could go.

No contact from the owner about how to gain access. Friends to phone e the numbers provided and couldn't get through. Spoke to the caravan site owners who explained booking.com is for private owners. They looked up the location and they believe this could be a scam by a phantom owner. In the end I had to fi d alternative accommodation. At my own expense.
