8.0The home was very nice and clean with a spacious back yard for the dogs to roam. We stayed on 4thnof July and the entire neighborhood was lit up with fireworks that were more impressive than going somewhere and dealing with the crowds! The location was good for the springs and the beach bit the area is more rural than not.
− There was only 2 bath towels for 3 people and very limited kitchen equipment. They do have a nice coffee machine and nice kitchen but it was difficult cooking without proper stuff to use.

− I think the AC just couldn’t compete with the Florida heat - it got hot.

5.0Kitchen was nice
− AC did not work right, no propane, dirty sticky floors, and I’m pretty sure the owner was living in the house at the same time of my stay. The house had been renovated and there was someone else staying in the other part of the house. If you’re going to be staying or have other people in a house, you should definitely disclose this info on the listing. The photos listed on booking are very old. Backyard looked very different and was not unkept. Ripped open bag of dog poop on the floor in backyard.
