Reception hours are 08:00 until 20:00 daily. Please note if you expect to arrive outside these times, you must contact the front desk during these reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit their deposit. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that late check-outs can be arranged when available, on request, for an additional charge of $30-50. Please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that only children 9 or above can sleep on the top bunk bed in the 3-bedroom units. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply Please note that only medically certified guide dogs are permitted at the property. Other pets are not permitted. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that there is a 1% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.
